Return Process

Exchange Policy
If your exchange request is approved, we will replace the product with the same item or a suitable alternative, depending on stock availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Shipments
